Those seeking relief from a substance use disorder now have a new place to turn to in Battle Creek.Landmark Recovery of West Michigan officially welcomes its first patients on Tuesday. The 60-bed facility at 393 E. Roosevelt Ave. offers inpatient and outpatient treatment services through evidence-based and individualized addiction recovery programs.Following a ribbon cutting ceremony on Monday, Luke Savage, executive director for Landmark Recovery of West Michigan, said the recovery center's programs will "give a lot of people in the area a chance to change their lives.
