And then there were two. The Michigan-based company known as Kellogg for over 117 years is now two separate companies with two new names. It was back in March when we told you that the end of an era was in the works. Kellogg had announced that it would be officially splitting into two companies bringing an end to the iconic well-known name of 117 years. One division would be WK Kellogg Co., and the other, Kellanova. On Monday, October 2nd, at 12:01 a.m. the official separation was completed.
